Comments : This is a major work by Deborah Halpern , It was commissioned by it’s present owners in 2001 & completed in 2002, Deborah and the NGV thought enough of this piece to recall it for her Survey exhibition in 2006 at the Ian Potter center NGV for the re-installment of Angel-1989 at Birrarung marr behind the Ian Potter center on the beautiful Yarra River
